Purchased from Gunnar Racing in Florida.
It started life as a VIP Identities car. It toured with the Porsche Cup series that features a support race to the Formula 1 Series at every event. The car was used primarily to drive dignitaries and celebrities around the featured tracks throughout the year to give them the "racing" experience. Once it was retired it found its way to the states and eventually was purchased by one of our customers. Over the years, we have maintained it after its private track day events. We have rebuilt the sequential transmission, rebuilt the suspension system, replaced the multi-disc clutch assembly and updated it to feature the Motorsports "blipper" system which helps save wear and tear on the sequential transmission during downshifts. Beyond that, other than basic maintenance, the car has been pretty bulletproof.
The sister car to this one which has the same graphics design but is orange with silver was featured at the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart.
